Order estimates are obtained for the best $M$-term trigonometric approximations of the classes $L_{{\boldsymbol{\beta}}, p}^\psi$ of periodic multivariate functions in the case of small smoothness in the space $L_q$, $1<p\leq2\leq q<\infty$.
