Extremal decomposition of the complex plane with free poles on the unit circle

Abstract

This paper is an attempt to follow the path taken by the open problem of V.N. Dubinin on extremal decomposition of the complex plane with free poles on the unit circle. Currently, the problem is not completely solved. In this work, its partial solution for $n\geqslant40$ is obtained for the case of simply connected domains.
