Gaar’s conditions and trigonometric polynomials

Abstract

We introduced the concept of the weak Haar sequence. Using its terms we found out the new results about the relationship between separately and
jointly polinomiality of generalized polynomials. As a result, we obtained that separately trigonometric polynomials are trigonometric polynomials
on the joint of variables.
